Manor


Eastern Liguria IGT "Manor"

Grapes: 50% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot, 25% Canaiolo.
Production area: Sangiovese vineyard of Costa Marina,
Cabernet and Merlot from the vineyard of Olmarello.
Altitude: 100/200 MASL
Average age of the vineyard: Sangiovese and Canaiolo 30 years, Merlot 10 years.
Cultivation method: Guyot.
Bottles produced per year: approximately 2,000.
Harvest time: end of September.
Vinification: to achieve a noble Cuvée, the must was fermented separately.
Storage: 50% in stainless steel tanks, then blended and matured for another six months.
Bottling period: the spring of the year following the harvest.
